We are very proud of our high-quality products and stand behind them 100%. Our goal is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and find a favorite scent with every purchase! We realize that scent is very personal and what one person feels is too strong a scent another may find is not strong enough. Our 1-ounce Signature Melts are a wonderful option in order to try a few scents before committing to the 3.5-ounce bulk option clamshell, as we do not offer exchanges.
Shipping
We work very hard to get all orders out as soon as possible so you can enjoy your scents. We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. We use USPS as our shipping carrier.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned to HeartFeltMelts in NEW, unopened, unused and resalable condition within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We are a small business so all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the items were damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item. Please return the items to us the same way we sent them to you packaged with care using a trackable shipping service. Please include a copy of your invoice and note which items are being returned.
Non-returnable items include:

- Lotion Bars
- Customized Products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed using the original form of payment.
